Nearly broke my plastics the first time assembling my machine. Didnt show up 2 times after that on the third time they delivered my machine without a key

1st treadmill had a bad motor. 2nd won was installed and never worked. 3rd one is scheduled to be delivered. Hopefully this one works.

Big leagued us. No show. No call. Scheduled a month out. Received email updates daily for week prior. Called day of to confirm. On Brand for this lot.

never show up. first time canceled installed 20 min before appt, it got re-schedule then never showed or called to cancel

Item was delivered damaged and since then I have been trying to get it replaced. Horrible job BEST BUY!!!

They arrived on time and assembled my treadmill in only a few minutes. The crew was very nice, respectful and courteous. They did a great job and I highly recommend using this service to all customers.

Although, online reviews stated installation of treadmill easy, I was not convinced, so paid the hefty amount for install and use demonstration. The installers called to let me know their eta, arrived on time and set up equipment. Paying the install fee was well worth it as I could have not assembled this heavy equipment myself. Only disappointment, installers did not know how to use treadmill. They stated they were not hired by Best Buy but a third party. I then called Best Buy. They were very accommodating and sent over a Geek Squad person to highlight the use of my new treadmill. Well, he didn’t know either and said he just knew computer issues. Soooo, the treadmill is very intuitive and I figured out how to use on my own along with instruction manual. I will say, Best Buy’s response time is excellent. I had issues with tripping my circuit breaker when using treadmill and 3 times it just stopped randomly. I addressed this with a very attentive employee, Troy, and he reassured me, should I have future issues to contact him and he will make things right. In the meantime, I am trying to locate an electrician to examine my electrical panel. I did find “Toubleshooting” in the treadmill manual and recalibrated my machine. So far so good…..

The guys came when they said they would. They took away the old treadmill and assembled the new one. They were clean, quiet, efficient, and polite.

Excellent service, the company did a great a job moving my treadmill to the basement , it is a very heavy equipment. The service was very efficient on the installation, fast and explained well how to use the equipment.

The guys who delivered and assembled our new ProForm elliptical machine today did a great job. It's a complicated installation and they worked patiently and cleaned up nicely afterwords. They took time to explain how it works and show us how to use an APP to register it and use the fitness program.
