Performs well, love the fan, makes exercise easier by eliminating need to leave the house.

Two young men did an excellent job with delivery, unpacking and setup. Also, took away the large box and padding the treadmill was shipped in. Worth paying extra for delivery, assembly, setup and wifi service. I'm pleased!

They got the job done without any fuss. I just told them to take the time to get it right.

The guys who came for the installation were great! They were both professional and courteous.

They held us hostage for 3 attempts for a delivery of a treadmill. The 3rd party partner couldn't get it straight. And BB had no clue. Rerouted me 4 times via phone calls to the same black abyss. I'm glad they couldn't manage to deliver the goods because of the very scary reviews I just read. We cancelled the treadmill, delivery, and install. We're done with BB forever. They are in and will remain in our rearview mirror. We have no further need for this company. My BB credit card will be shredded. Bye Bye Best Buy.

The crew that came to my house was great! They are why a buy at Best Buy!

It would be 1 star if it weren’t for the installers. It’s not their fault I guess but it’s someone’s. My treadmill was installed but when the men had to move on it wasn’t in working condition. I spent close to 4 hours getting the issues with the treadmill computer portion working. That’s not being installed. That’s being assembled and “See ya”.

Team was fast efficient and polite tested it yo make sure it worked

I have ordered and made delivery and install appointments. Every time they want to delivery but cannot follow through on the install portion. I refuse delivery, talk to sales, make a delivery and install appointment again. Yet again they come to deliver and no install. Cannot reach anyone via phone as it constantly disconnects you and chat feature is ineffective as they are remote and cannot help. So Frustrating working with this place.

Rude and impatient delivery techs. They delivered very early in the morning before I got to work. We have someone at the front desk 24/7 at our senior living community, and our staff member directed him to install it in our Wellness Center. Instead, he set it up in our main building and left the packaging everywhere.

the straps for the foot pedals was not installed properly i tried several times to get you to correct the problem but all you did was pass me off to different departments i was hung up on several times all you wanted was the money and no accountability afterwards you should consider refunding some of my money

Paid for the $299 install service. Best Buy and their subcontractor delivery people are horrible. If i could give less than one star i could. Absolute worst customer service. Not one person could assist. Do not recommend purchasing any products from Best Buy.

Installer would not install on 2nd floor even when the website states "We will deliver it to the room of your choice, up to the third floor of the building or any level serviced by an elevator". Best Buy customer service would not pick up the phone. What a scam!
