My only complaint was that it took a month before the setup could be scheduled. The technician was excellent. He let me know when he was about 15 minutes away. He was very knowledgeable and quick about the setup. After completing the setup, he explained the basic features of the equipment. The technician was very friendly and helpful.

The Installer provided by Best Buy was excellent, doing a great job installing both units, and in a very short period of time for both units.

The team arrived at the appointed time and did a good job of assembly. My only concern was they unpacked the bike on my wall-to-wall rug with no tarp or covering to protect the rug. I was finding pieces of packing material for a few days after they left.

The installers were great! They showed up at the time they agreed to. They were very careful bringing the equipment upstairs and the installation was seamless.

I got In0 Home Service to have my 230 Schwinn Recumbent Bike delivered and out together. It was a great deal - as I am not a mechanic. Plus it is heavy.

Installers had to come out a second time to complete the installation. I am still waiting for someone to send me a washer and nut to secure the bottom bolt.

Fast and efficient service by the delivery and install guys. They knew what they were doing and set up my treadmill in less than 15 min, checked it was working and everything. Would recommend.

The two men who installed my treadmill did an excellent job. The area where it was installed was small and getting there was awkward. I am thankful that they were able to do the job and do it well.

The two-member crew arrived on time as expected. This was important because I would have otherwise had a scheduling problem. They moved the equipment to the desired location and very efficiently assembled and installed the Schwinn 270 recumbent bike. When I went to inspect the job, I sat on the bike and was shown operating configurations. Nice install experience!

Great movers. Super polite and communicative. Did a fantastic job setting up the treadmill.

The two installers were courteous and put the bike together with no problems. I only wished that they had asked me to get on it. I would have asked them to adjust the seat. I would have also seen that the handlebars were set a bit too far back. Unfortunately, the store did not have a bike set up. They said they didn't have the space.

The delivery & assembly team that brought our treadmill was AWESOME!!! They got the box down to the basement and had it all assembled really quickly! They were polite and personable. Wish all delivery people were as great as they were!

The installers were fast and did a good job although the nordic track bike that I purchased wobbles because they did not adjust the stability legs on the bottom and unfortunetly the bike weighs like 300 lbs so its impossible to get the legs adjusted now. They should have you try the machine before leaving to be sure it is working properly.

My exercise bike was put together correctly and quickly. He explained how to use the bike and how to adjust the seat and handlebars. He installed the separate seat that I had purchased for me. He was very knowledgeable about the equipment.

The Geek Squad guy did an excellent job setting my rowing machine up. We did have trouble downloading an upgrade of some sort and another rep came to try to fix that. Apparently the problem is with the manufacturer so I decided not to do the upgrade-never even knew what it was.
