The installers arrived about 10 minutes after the delivery window provided. It would have been helpful to get a call or text letting me know they were running late. Once they arrived, they were very efficient and careful to set up the product and clean up all the packaging.

We have total tech with Best Buy. A fabulous perk that pays for itself. The delivery and install was seamless. Professional, on time and very respectful of our time and space. Great experience overall.

Treadmill still awesome. The installer took the time to put it together and explain everything to us. Timely, respectful, and a job well done is hard to find in south Florida.

The equipment works well in general. Makes a sound the first 2-3 min then ok: No sounds and works as expected. However after buying and returning 3 other elliptical machines of other different brands of similar price (because they came broken, or started to do a lot of noise), this is the best we have gotten so far.

My treadmill is making a squeaking sound not sure what it is.

We have Best Buy Total Tech so when we bought the recumbent bike, it was free to have it delivered and put together. These guys were so polite and put it together in 30 min. and answered all my questions. It was totally worth it!

The crew arrived within the schedule window. They were professional. The assembled the equipment efficiently and correctly. They were courteous and professional. They cleaned everything and took the garbage with them.

I talked to a guy to setup delivery, but later on, the people that actually do the setup said they don't deliver during the week. So, be flexible when you get it set, because it may change a couple of times. The guys were really nice when they came and did a good job setting it up.

set-up crew was very professional and arrived as scheduled. however, the extra hardware that came with the product was just left in the set-up area. after a couple of weeks of use the underside of the left handrail just came off while exiting the treadmill

The delivery and assembly of my Schwinn 270 exercise bike went very well. The assembly folks were pleasant and efficient and gave me an exact time window for their arrival. They had my bike put together swiftly and ready to roll!

The techs were professional, friendly but still business like. I had to have them come back the following week for a few items that needed to be corrected with putting the elliptical together. They adjusted those items quickly and the equipment has been running and operating perfectly ever since.

The installer did a great job putting together my schwinn 270 recumbent bike. He put it in the exact place I wanted downstairs and assembled it so it was ready to use. He left the area spotless and took all the trash with him.

I was not present for the installation but my wife was. My Schwinn IC4 exercise bike was delivered and completely installed in 20-30 minutes. According to my wife they did a fantastic job. They were fast and neat.

The installation was done by a third-party vendor, Martin Express (if I remember the name correctly). They were very nice, capable, and efficient. They helped me set the time, etc on the treadmill. They had to bring the treadmill up a flight of stairs and then bring it through several doorways. They did so with no complaints and without bumping the doorways. I had brought a previous treadmill (different brand) that only lasted 38 minutes. They had to remove the prior treadmill to exchange it for this treadmill. The other treadmill was very heavy and they had to disassemble it and carry it down the stairs. They were nice, capable, and efficient. I can definitely recommend them for delivery and disassembly and installation.
