I love it that is works great. I put one of these together a few months ago, and it did not go well. The wheels would lock up all at once, and I kept pushing it. The wheels were going to eventually tear up.

The Best Buy Team arrived the day I moved into my new Apartment, and assembled my treadmill. I love this product and use it daily.

I usually don’t pay for delivery or installation because I have a vehicle large enough that will fit anything and if I can’t put it together myself, I know I can get it put together when my husband gets home. But since I had TotalTech I decided to go ahead and have Best Buy send some people out to do it for me. Man am I thankful that I did! I wish I had taken pictures of them putting the my Bowflex Velacore together but for their privacy I didn’t, but man alive that thing would have tested my patience…lol!!! I’m so thankful for the guys that not only delivered my Bowflex bike but installed it! And they even cleaned up after themselves and took the boxes away so I didn’t have to throw them myself!!!

The install group were great. Helped start it up with out us having to die moose the app which many in reviews had complained about. We use the rower now without iFIT and it serves our purposes.

Always been a Norditrack fan, this one is a great treadmill with a more then great price, installed by the best buy team, service A+

The geek squad guys were great. Installed the product and even called a day later to check to make sure everything was working out great

The product initially delivered had issues, it time to replace the replacement is in good condition and what I ordered

The two who came to unbox and put together the exercise bike were terrific. They knew what they were doing, did it efficiently and when they were finished, took all the trashwith them!

Arrived during the time window provided, assembled the product efficiently and removed all of the packing material when departing. Good overall job.

Installation was excellent. The gentleman arrived as scheduled and professional. The equipment was locked and he made certain I knew the steps to take to get it set-up.

The team that did my installation was excellent. I was very busy that day working from home, and didn't have time to supervise. I alerted the team that I'd be on video conferences all day. I was pleasantly surprised when i looked out my office window and saw that they'd let themselves out and texted me a picture of the assembled treadmill. They cleaned up after themselves and the technician who had texted me the photo was happy to answer follow up questions I sent about the treadmill's screen tilt capabilities. Bravo!

Since I would be unable to carry this heavy piece I found this service very valuable. I was able to make a delivery appointment which is much better than waiting for UPS or Fedex to show up sometime over a few days. They called when they were 30 minutes out as promised. Showed up on time. They quickly unpacked, assembled, and took away the packaging. They stayed to make sure it was working and answered questions. If you need assistance with large equipment, I highly recommend this service.

They installed my treadmill successfully. I was not home but my husband reported no problems. The only reason I deducted a star was because of the lack of available options as to when they would come.

Always tricky since BB farms out their installs - wanted early and had to settle for lunch time which was OK. Good guys came over and put it together right and fast.

The delivery and installation was very good. They did their job in a timely manner, answered questions and left. Unfortunately, this was the fourth appointment! This was more than disappointing!
