Team did a great job! Was very courteous and friendly.

The installers did a great job putting together my treadmill. It was put on the second floor of my home and no problems with doing it. Once they were done, they showed me the basics of how to it. Very friendly people too! I highly recommend this service

Giving an extra star for the manners and professionalism of the team and ease to arrange installation. Not 100% sure if this is just a bad product or if it has not been installed correctly. I am unable to use it as the resistance is insane! For context I use elliptical's at hotel gyms when traveling and usually do ~1 hour at resistance of 6+, on this one I can't even do 20 min at 0 resistance.

The installation was timely and the installer were great. They arrived early and insured everything was working properly before they departed. I was extremely impressed by the fact that they rescheduled the initial installation because the installer discovered the treadmill was damaged before they even attempted the delivery.

The delivery installers were cordial and professional, but forgot to leave the hex key (Allen wrench) and I need it.

The installation went very well and the technicians did an excellent job. They were on time and completed everything in a reasonable time. The exercise bike was in perfect shape when they were done.

The 2 techs that I had that installed my new ProForm Carbox XLS Treadmill were the best. They made sure that the computer on this treadmill worked perfectly. I can't even tell you how much I appreciated it because looking at the instructions...oh boy! THANK YOU!

The gentlemen who performed the install were respectful, polite and efficient. They arrived 2 hours ahead of scheduled time and completed the install in about 30 minutes. Highly recommend.

Well being generous, the stationary bike I purchased and had set up by the geek squad is ridiculously difficult to manipulate into riding position. Nothing sticks or locks, everything slides, and it’s a constant battle to keep riding when all I do is get off the bike to make adjustments. I’ve been spinning for countless years, and this is a dilemma I have NEVER experienced on any other model stationary bike. No, I would never recommend it……michael and lorna

I purchased a treadmill from BestBuy in the past. It was delivered and assembled correctly same day. I moved and left my treadmill behind so I had to purchase a new one. My treadmill was supposed be delivered and assembled over a month ago. No show for the first appointment. Delivered but not assembled for the second. Third appointment the treadmill was not assembled correctly. The installation team insisted it was assembled correctly even with wires unconnected and pieces still lying on the floor. I spent 5 hours on hold and talking with customer service and sent to the installation company who wanted to send the same team who couldn't assemble it correctly the first time, and told me it was assembled completely despite the wires hanging out unconnected and pieces that belong on the treadmill lying on the floor. I can't get customer service to remedy the situation, the installation company doesn't want to send out someone to assemble it correctly, and I stopped by a local store and spoke to a manager, sent her pictures and haven't heard anything. The general manager of the store said he doesn't sell treadmills or install them. I paid $299 for delivery and installation. It's not installed correctly and is likely a danger to operate/use. BestBuy has lost me as a customer.
