Quick assembly

They were efficient and it took 30 minutes to put the recumbent exercise bike together, explained how to use it, me to check out assembly. Before leaving they removed all the packing.

Very disappointing overall experience

I appreciate the effort they put in to get the job done but I came very close to returning the piece.

Couldn’t have done it ourselves

The installers were able to come in through the garage by calling ahead. They were in and out in Les than a half hour. I work from home and they were on time, so my work wasn’t affected.

Best Buy set-up better than Amazon

I no longer want to spend the day putting things together. In fact, I originally purchased the exercise bike through Amazon, which claimed on their web site that set-up was available. When Amazon reneged on that claim, I returned the exercise bike to Amazon and re-purchased the exercise bike, with set-up, from Best Buy.

Smooth experience

Very easy for me and appreciative of having experts haul everything into the home, setup the equipment, and dispose of the packaging. Note: If you are a total best buy rewards member you can get the installation setup as an included benefit.
