Installers measured the room and looked for an outlet before setting up. They brought their tools along with the tools already in box for the treadmill to be setup. The gentleman also helped set up the wifi and app on my phone before leaving. I couldn't have asked for a more smoother process-they did an awesome job!

Could have been better. Took quite awhile to set up. Hadn't set up many of these machines but glad they did it and not me. Didn't really show me how to work it but it was fairly self explanatory. Don't know about blue tooth set up though. Don't think that happened. Not talking to my fit-bit watch anyway which would have been nice.

The total tech team delivered the exercise bike and set it up. The 2 individuals were very professional and completed the installation in 30 minutes. They cleaned up all the packing material and carried the box out to their truck. Very pleased with the service and the product.

The two technicians who delivered, assembled, and installed my ProForm CX exercise bike were GREAT! And unbelievably patient and kind when I needed to have them come back another day to re-explain something I hadn't understood. They were really great. Thanks. The installers were prompt, professional, and courteous. They removed their shoes when entering. I couldn't be more pleased with their service. In addition, two guys from Best Buy came by and checked their work. Also very professional. Overall A+ experience.

The installation was spot on! Both the guys were pleasant, did their work without incident, left the room spotless, and took all the packaging away. They showed me how to fold it up , if needed, and how to operate

I am handicapped and bought this for setting up a large treadmill for my wife. Even if I wasn’t handicapped, it was tough for the delivery team to bring in and setup. They did a great job and met all expectations for the money paid.

The team that installed our new NordicTrack treadmill did an excellent job! They were courteous, knowledgable and efficient. They set it up exactly as I requested, and did it in record time! Very professional and friendly.

The guys did a great job getting the equipment (an Echelon rowing machine) into place in our basement, assembling it, verifying it worked, and then (perhaps most importantly) cleaning up afterwards! An all around excellent experience!

Arrived after timeframe for install and did not help setup use

Delivery for my treadmill was very good. Loved not having to pick this up or put it together. Worth the cost.

Now I have the motivation. So happy with this purchase.

Great service. They called me to let me know the time of arrival. They mounted the equipment in less that an hour. Also the took all the boxes with them and left everything in order.
