The Proform Treadmill has been one of the best exercise machines I have owned. The option to utilize the IT EXERCISE PROGRAM is one of the best parts of owning the PROFORM. It is quiet, easy to understand and great for keeping a history of all your exercise progress.

I do not recommend paying for the Geek Squad installation service. I paid $324 per device for the installation of a treadmill and elliptical, expecting trained professionals as promised by Best Buy. Instead, I received a team who openly said it was their first time installing these devices. They were clearly frustrated and unprepared, spending several hours going through manuals and YouTube videos just to get the job done. Not only did they lack experience, but they also didn't properly install the devices. When I called to report this, customer service did not apologize or take responsibility. Instead, they told me I was simply "unlucky" to have received inexperienced installers, and they couldn’t guarantee which team would be sent. To make things worse, when I mentioned there was a noise with the device, they said I could return it but that the $324 installation fee would not be refunded. This experience was extremely frustrating. For the price I paid, I expected professionalism and proper service. Instead, I would recommend saving the money and installing the equipment yourself—this service is not worth it.

The set up of the equipment I ordered was done very professionally and fast. I had two workout pieces of equipment installed and both were super fast. Thank you to the install crew that did the installs. They had excellent customer service attitudes.

The installation process was seamless. The installer was professional, knowledgeable and very friendly. Made sure I knew all about the treadmill and answered all my questions

Paid for the service $250 and the first schedule was for workout equipment so they said no. Then I called and rescheduled and no call no show so the service in my opinion wasn't good. Had to stay home 2 days for nothing and Best Buy did nothing to make it right. All I want is to have this put together.

Quick and easy! I found out later when my significant other pointed out to me that they installed the wrong one so i got an upgrade for free definitely recommend.

Weather complications delayed delivery and install but showed up next day when promised. Exercise bike was set up within an hour, ready to use, and installers took all packaging so no boxes etc to throw out separately.

Outstanding, professional and highly efficient. Installers were on time, very knowledgeable and courteous. I had been contemplating installing it myself.. Very happy I chose to use these services instead.

Alerted me of the appt. Delivered and set up the exercise bike within 45 minutes. Reviewed how to operate. One of the workers had hygiene issue, but did a god job setting things up. They left the box in case of return.

The elliptical looks solid, but was not assembled correctly. Very disappointed! Will take over 2 weeks to get someone back out to fix after we waiting several weeks for delivery/install. Will update review if it is fixed soon.

Qucik and clean install. The original install date got delayed due to a snow storm. They quickly rescheduled to their next available timeslot.

I love this treadmill is not as noisy as other treadmills. It is not too big or too small. It is just right. Actually, I placed it in my bedroom.
