Piece of Junk. Died day 28. Got electrical Shock

Returning to BestBuy store within the 30- day window for full refund. At first I thought this was a nice unit. It was quiet. Now it won't work. Rocker button on top to switch between Off, Hi, and Low was stuck in one position and unit shut off. When I went to move the Button, it was stuck and I got an electrical shock. What a piece of junk and Electrical/fire hazard. I should have listened to the other poor reviews.

Nov 13th 2023 is todays date it was purchased in Jan 2023

Cord got hot.

THE CORD. I'm really disappointed in Best Buy which has always been amazing. This product is a fire hazard and should be recalled.
