I hadn't paid for it, which I wasn't told you had to to get it. They didn't have it when I went to pick it up, so I ordered it and paid for it at that time. When they said it was ready, I picked it up. A LOT of hassle for a fan.

Was good...

Can't return due to being over the the date time. I had ordered a month before actual hot weather. And it was on sale so of course it's not available anymore. There was no actual reason for it breaking. The motor just stopped and would not go back on. Maybe it was the product or maybe I just got a dud. Either way, I no longer have a working fan!

Vibrates like crazy

Ordered Two. Returned Two

The first one's motor had an issue where something was grinding internally and forcing the fan to always come to a stop. The second's fan was slightly out of balance and would shake the fan on the high setting. I probably was unlucky, but this is probably the best priced box fan. I might just pony up the extra dollars for a higher quality one in the future.
