I like to put it on a little 1 foot or 2 foot platform and have it warm up my legs under the table. Its good for that. Direct heat on the face not so much.

Its just powerful enough to take some of the chill out of the air on colder days. I can't imagine that this would do much in a larger space unless you were using this on a desk or to warm your feet.
