Generally as advertised, but the "rotating/oscillating" head is not firmly affixed to the pole. Also, from description, thought I was getting a metal fan, not plastic. The fan head lifts right off the pole, does not tighten, so really can only use in single fixed direction. But, moves a lot of air for the price, so mixed bag.

I bought this to replace a failing Lasko 3-blade 16-inch fan. I found this 5 blade fan to be much louder than the smaller 3 blade fan. It is sturdy and seems to be good quality, but when using it in a bedroom, it can be difficult to sleep due to the noise.

good price, easy to setup but a bit noisy than my old one.

This fan really saved us from the heat this summer. It works well and cools our rooms. The only thing is sometimes it's a bit loud when we're watching tv.

I needed a fan; this pedestal model is perfect for my bedroom. I actually bought a larger one and sold it to a friend, as it was too much for the space.

We use this fan in are hallway to move heat from the fireplace to warm the back side of our house. It can be 60 in the master bedroom turn he fan on it warms up to 70+ in less then 15 Min's. Can't believe how much air "CFM" it moves. Will come in handy this summer.
