The quality is not as good as the last purchased of the Lasko fan. the materials used is the product is a much lower standard . It is a good running fan but very disappointed in the craftmanship.

I needed a new pedestal fan. I kinda went eeny, meeny, miney, moe. I am very happy with this fan. It went together very simply. It is very easy to run and about as quiet as a fan could be. It blows very well also.

Its great to have a fan that has a remote so you don't have to get out of the bed in the middle of the night to adjust the speed or, turn on or off. Its pretty powerful as well, which is great. Not to noise either.

Just what I wanted in the bedroom for some unusual warm days, and perfect as the slight white noise it creates eases me to sleep minimizing outside interference such as an occasional overhead airplane, a barking dog, or a passing motorcycle. AND, Best Buy's price was indeed the best, ordered on line, and it arrived 5 days later.

The High setting is very powerful and loud. but that's okay. Moves air great on hot days. Outside on the patio is great for keeping everyone cool. and the remote comes in very handy. The base is plastic but wide and sturdy. It was very easy to put together.

Great fan for the warehouse office area. It would be nice if the oscillation was remote controlled as well.

This has all the features I wanted and have been using to move the heat from the wood stove into the other areas of the basement: floor model, adjustable height, adjustable angle, quiet, rotates, and light weight. I don't use the remote but I like that it came with velcro so that it can be attached to the fan. The only minor quirk is that even when I'm not using the oscillating mode, it swivels slightly on the base.

Very happy with this fan, min the beginning I thought that is was to big the bottom part, I was wrong.
