perfect tower fan for small to medium sized rooms!

I got it 3 weeks ago since the day I purchased it only used for coupe times and then last night when I tried to turn it on ....fan was stopped by smoking blow up inside machine ! And so far I gonna go back to bestbuy to figured out what's happened !??? Please deliberate carefully before get it

The fan arrived late with half its base missing; while we could stand it up and use it, it was a bit unstable. If we were desperate for a fan, it technically worked, but we didn't want to risk it missing another part if we returned and re-ordered one. Best Buy customer service was great though - they couldn't just send the replacement part since the fan was sent from the manufacturer, but they were responsive and did everything else they could to help (i.e. offer to pay for the replacement part, pay for us to ship it back, etc). The manufacturer was far less responsive than Best Buy, so we ended up returning it to Best Buy since that was far easier.

Very low noise level and perfect for larger room...

This fan is used in our kids' room with a white noise machine so it's not a huge deal, but it has a grindy/mechanical noise when on. I wouldn't be able to use it in my own bedroom.

The fan is not as powerful as advertised. It’s high setting feels like a medium.

the airflow sucks, i thought it would be good since i thought lasko makes strong fans.

This unit does not put out as much volume as I had hoped it would, However, I will keep it for the days that it is not too hot as it is okay to put directly on you when you just want moderate cooling.

Noisy, don’t buy it, the noise increases on higher speeds. I returned it.

When this fan came, I set it up and ordered another one the same night. It's quiet, cools nicely, oscillating, remote control option. For the price I could not find better!

I read the reviews & thought this would be a great deal. It wasn't. The fan looks great, is tall enough (3feet), though could be taller and slim. The base are is a little unsteady on carpeting, and I don't think screwing it together would have helped (screws provided), though possibly. My major disappointment is the power. Seems like 1 WATT, BTU, AMP, or whatever the unit measurement is. It is definitely whisper quiet, and with that being said, you have to be no more than 3 inches directly in front of to feel air. No way does it cool a room or even a 1 square foot area, oscillation and all. The remote worked great, however, this fan is a dud. It does faintly blow cool air, but again you have to be 3 inches or less to feel any slight breeze! Wasn't expecting it to be an air conditioner, but I did expect it to be a decent fan. Don't waste your money or time. I have to cart it back to a Best Buy store now.

It's doesn't blow out lots of air. You can't feel the air unless you are sitting right beside it

Easy to set up and easy to use. I love the remote that comes with it. Has good air flow.

I love this fan!! The timer is an extra bonus especially at night when you don't need the fan to run all night. Just set the timer. . I have actually bought 2 more since I bought this one.

The way this fan fits into a small corner space is fantastic. Yet, it's powerful enough to spread cool breeze across the entire room. I love it!

This is a great fan. Very quiet and includes a remote. Worth the price.

I was at a friend's place who had two of these fans and found them very effective. When the weather got so hot and muggy this summer, I got my first AC - but when I'd have people over, it was not powerful enough. I got one of the fans to complement the AC, but often I only use the fan. It's just that powerful. It rotates - cooling the whole room down quickly. I'm planning to get another one!

One of the decent tower fan within budget. Remote makes it easy to control the functions. Little bit noisy but overall good for single room.

It seems to push the air around but could be stronger.
