Only bought it for Henry Golding cause he is a perfect specimen of a man! But I was wanting more from this movie

Started off slow but had a surprise ending, did enjoy the George Michael music.

I bought this movie as a gift for my daughter. She did not care for it. She absolutely hated the ending. I watched it subsequently and found the ending interesting but the rest of the movie was boring. I did not see any spark or otherwise interesting dynamic between the two main leads. Skip this movie.

Could have been a little better, but I still enjoyed it!

This could have been a great story. I left my wife watching it 45 minutes into it and then she called me back to watch the ending. I thought it could have been such a powerful movie but they ruined it for me by what I perceived was mocking my Christian faith and all the taking of the Lord's name in vain. When I saw the ending I told my wife this could have been so good but.....

Disregard the harsh reviews by the professional movie critics. I found this romantic comedy to be fun and enjoyable. I had to look up some of the English terms; I like the sound of them. English actress Emilia Clarke, who played role of Daenerys Targaryen in Game of Thrones, was charming and charismatic. She surprised me with her good singing voice. I also liked the character Santa. Additionally, I enjoyed the George Michael songs. On the less positive side, I did tire of the phrase "look up" articulated throughout the movie by the male lead character.
