Despite the fact that I have been a Total Rewards Member for years, Best Buy would not accept a return, perform an exchange, or assist with ordering a replacement part. I am having to work with Lectric directly and it is not easy to communicate with them as their is no phone number. It was not told to me that this was a FINAL SALE when I bought it. Normally BB is very good with customer service, so this was unusual for me to experience.

DO NOT BUY. PIECE OF GARBAGE FOR 1800$

Took forever to get on the phone with Lectric support and they sent me a new controller. 1800$ (After taxes) bike and its been sitting useless in my room for over a week. Worse yet they expect me to take apart the battery plate, disconnect the wiring and reconnect a new one. They provide a youtube video and thats it. Over an hour wasted screwing and pulling and praying i didnt damage the bike trying to fix it. If i wanted a piece of garbage to gamble on then i would ahbve bought an Amazon bike for half the price. I bought this bike because i believed in the brand and thought i was getting my monies worth. Its absoultely ridiculous to have an error on a bike this expensive that i have to fix myself, if it was refundable i would have returned it and gladly paid any restocking fees. But no. I believed in the brand and so i bought it, even though it was non-refundable. Do yourself a favor. Dont waste your money, this bike is a joke, overpriced, and filled with issues.

Believe the reviews im sure theres many more but dont want to write a review.... I bought the long range that was suppose to have 20ah battery but got a 15ah and spent $1700 wich is the price for long ran range... Called lectric 3 weeks later got a 20ah battery but made me send back the 15ah the bike doesnt turn on ,,,,The front light went out the 3rd day the 28mph only works if you push the up and down buttons and go to 8 setting everytime you start the bike another headaches save your money buy an $800 from amazon way better and goes faster then only 20mph this one max is 20mph thats easily a $500 value bike ripping people off

I purchased the warranty and wasn't told it doesn't cover the tires. I've been receiving the run around in regards to this matter. I even contacted the manufacturer and still haven't received any assistance. I'm extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with the customer service I've received regarding this matter. I wouldn't suggest purchasing these bikes since they also failed to inform us there's no returns on this item even though it arrived with a flat tire that can't be filled up as well as the poor customer service received thus far. I'm hoping to get this matter resolved soon. I'll continue to email the manufacturer, but Best Buy needs to do better in explaining what the warranty covers and how they'll assist costumers if the item arrives damaged to begin with. Extremely disappointed and frustrated.
