Ok product at best the product feels cheap and non-protective limited funcrtions

This case was more than I expected. It's so cool !!! When you receive a phone call, the number comes across the front of the case with LED lights. You don't have to even open the case to look at the phone. You can also put up to 3 cards in the case slot. Absolutely LOVE my phone case!!!!!

I purchased TWO brand new LED wallet cases. They were working until my note 8 and my dad's note 8 had a software update. I LED lights would not work all of a sudden for both cases around the same time. I looked it up and apparently many customers were having the same issue as us. I went to best buy to see what was wrong with the cases and the geek squad employee told me the problem is a software and firmware issue. I told the customer service employee that I wanted to do a warranty exchange. The employee told me the cases were out of best buy's warranty and that I needed to contact samsung instead. The first time I contacted them was at the end of NOVEMBER. The representative said the cases were still under manufacturers warranty, and I could get it replaced. All I needed to do was send the cases with a proof of purchase. I sent the cases with the proof of purchase in the box and emailed them my proof of purchase to the email they provided. The cases were shipped overnight. They told me to give them a week or two to inspect the cases for any intentional damage or abuse. I called back two weeks later to ask for an update, and I was told that I can get a warranty exchange for the cases. Again, they told me to give them one to two weeks for processing and shipping. I didn't see an update or any cases in my mail, so I assumed shipping was delayed due to Christmas season being really busy. I waited till after Christmasto call. I received a text message from samsung stating I needed to send the proof of purchase or else the procedure will be canceled. I called back to see what happened. I asked them why they asked for a proof of purchase when I sent it to them 2 times in different ways. They just said "We're sorry". Later on in the call, they told me the cases are currently out of stock. The representative told me I will receive samsung gift cards for the amount I paid for my two cases (Can only be used on a samsung store online). I was also told to wait a few weeks for the department to process the warranty to get the samsung gift cards shipped out. I waited and waited and still no gift cards. I called back to see what was talking too long, and the representative told me they don't know why the case didn't get an update. They contacted the case manager and told me the gift cards will be mailed out soon after 1 to 2 weeks. I waited and still no gift cards. I called back and they told me I won't get a samsung gift card anymore, but I'll get a visa gift card instead. Again, I needed to wait another 1 to 2 weeks. AGAIN, no gift cards. I called back on April 4, 2019 to see why the process is delayed. Both the representative and the case manager did not have an answer and only said "We're sorry about that". I was hung up multiple times that day with different representatives because there was "an issue with the connection" when I had full reception bars on my end. Not surprisingly, I was told to wait another 1 to 2 weeks for the gift cards to be sent out. I am sick and tired of taking time out of my busy day to call Samsung to get this issue to be resolved. They keep stalling the process and my phone is still case-less. To this day, I am waiting for the cards to be sent out so I can buy another case for my dad and I. I WAITED MORE THAN 4 MONTHS AND COUNTING FOR THIS TO BE RESOLVED...................

Fabric beings to fray from constant use/withdrawing and putting back into pocket

It's a very cool phone case. You can see the calls coming in even when it's close. But when it comes to protection it is 5. With glass edges. No thank you. Yes my phone broke . If you never drop your phone this is a cool case

It's a good case for the price. The led screen is a cool touch.

I wanted a case that folded over and would cover the screen. I don't like scratches on my screens. I was surprised when I was told this case would also display the time and other info. I don't know how it does it but it does it great!! I am completely happy.

This case is awesome. It really has cool digital graphics that display when you close it. I also purchased the Whitestone Dome Glass which fit perfectly with this case. I would definitely purchase it again. As a matter of fact, I may purchase it in another color.

Improvement over Note 5 S-View case. Coming off a note 5 the plastic portion of the previous S-View case did not hold up well as it scratched and fogged up over time. I thought I would miss the window but this case has the same info albeit via see through LED lights.

This case is great. Easy to attach, relatively durable, and good looking. Card slot is really only good for one card or ID which isn't bad. The cover did not lie properly when more than one card (and maybe one bill) were in the holder.

What I like about this case is that it shows calls and notifications through the case when it is closed. It looks really sleek and elegant when closed, too. I've dropped my phone a few times but this case did its job by protecting it.

Really do like the features of this case. Was suprised that I could put more than one card in the slot, the ease of getting to them and that I could still read/see the display.

I love it! it houses my note 8 perfectly. I like the led feature. You can't put many cards in the card slot if not it will make it bulky - but overall I feel safe with it carrying it around when I am out.

I consider that Samsung wallet protectors are the best for Samsung galaxy , not only because the beautiful design also has the best hermetic and durable protectors when accidentally folds from your hands.

I bought this case almost a year ago and this is one of the best cases I've ever used with my smartphones. You get instant smart notifications on the screen without even removing the cover. Works great.

Nice quality case. Very sleek, not bulky. I love the LED light features. It's not for people looking for maximum protection for there phones. At best maybe medium protection. I love it

This is a good and comfortable case made of excellent material quality. One minus - it is not first time triggered cancellation or raising the phone or turning off the alarm. You need push more for that.

Very practical and love the outside display! Credit card sleeve let's me keep all important stuff with my cell. Outside display allows for discreet display and doesn't draw unnecessary attention.

It's definitely a quality case that's held up well but I would have liked it more if it had more than one credit card slot like previous versions as I usually have it also as a replacement wallet

Nice addition to the Note 8 still using sifter all this time. Don't pay attention to some o those negative reviews I no problem with wear and tear.
