Absolute Garbage. No customer support.

Download and proceed with update, then the screen on device went blank and wouldn’t turn on. Computer would not recognize that it was plugged into usb. Went through all the possible procedures to fix provided by Ledger to no avail. Sent Ledger customer service an email. NEVER HEARD BACK FROM THEM. Moral of the story, no not buy a Ledger crypto wallet. Absolute garbage. 100 dollar paper weight at this point. Need to see if Best Buy will refund my money….
