Purchased two devices both have failed batteries.

Just bought a new one from Best Buy and the battery doesn't work at all. Ledge3r needs to step up their quality control. I'm 2/2 on failed batteries.

Nano x wouldnt run without being plugged in

I got mine set it up put my crypto on it charged it overnight never would stay on without being plugged in. So then i transferred all my crypto off back into my hot wallet because now i dont feel safe using there product. Be careful where you buy this too many horror stories out there for me.

Now device will not charge and screen cuts off when charging. I receive an error that said “error, battery can not charge”. I can not access my assets
