Everything went smooth. I paid with Apple Pay which is very convenient! Have bought many ledgers with you guys.

I bought it new. But it looks like it's used. Take it for a test drive and it's defective. Wouldn't let me go to the control center for awhile. Once I got it set up it couldn't authenticate with Ledger Live. Also, the battery drains really fast. Could be Best Buy bc it's the 2nd one I've orderd. Will try to buy directly from Ledger.

It’s flawed. Doesn't work. It wont allow an initial code to be setup when both buttons are pressed at the same time. Only displays the battery mode regardless of it being fully 100%.

Very easy to set up and transfer crypto too only thing that sucks is having to type codes in but that’s just the price to pay for wanting to keep your crypto safe so I understand.

easy to use and bluetooth helps with not being attached to a PC. battery did fail on device after a couple months. Ledger and best buy returns are fine if you have issues, you will have no problem with this.

The setup for the nano was surprisingly not challenging at all, I heard from a friend it was a pain but I did not experience that in my experience. Houses more than enough wallets and works as intended.
