I reached out to Ledger after noticing that BestBuy is not an official reseller of theirs. They confirmed that this is not an approved vendor. I will be returning mine and I strongly suggest you all do the same, or never buy it in the first place. BestBuy, please remove this listing ASAP. I was under the impression that you guys no longer allowed resellers on your site to avoid confusion like this.

I had a girl named sierra help me set up my Nona x and the apple computer I bought at Best Buy)so they would synce . Guess she did such a good job (so well )all my crypto was synced to her ledger. I lost it all to Sierra. Might want to employ trust worthy people.

As a gift i exceeded best nuys 14 day policy, and the Ledger company itself has not been helpful at all. The device constantly reboots and doesnt work properly at all. Wasted 160 dollars.

Very cool business plan. Complete mislead your customer and do the opposite of what you say. Feels like im right back at the big banks!

I got a defective one

I have charged it for hours and still the same thing will be returning
