    Horrible return policy. Received this as a gift and opened it for the first time over 30 days after it was purchased. Turned out to have a defect. Best Buy would not help me.

    First one had battery die after a few months. Just bought a new one from Best Buy and the battery doesn't work at all. Ledge3r needs to step up their quality control. I'm 2/2 on failed batteries.

    Bought the nano x because it doesnt need to be plugged in to use. I got mine set it up put my crypto on it charged it overnight never would stay on without being plugged in. So then i transferred all my crypto off back into my hot wallet because now i dont feel safe using there product. Be careful where you buy this too many horror stories out there for me.

    I could not get my Mac to connect or communicate with the device. I tried everything the website suggested. I was unable to get hold of their tech support. I returned the unit. Best Buy was great, they immediately refunded my money.

    Device worked well for 6 months. Now device will not charge and screen cuts off when charging. I receive an error that said “error, battery can not charge”. I can not access my assets

    Good product, wish I would’ve know they were doing a seed recovery option if I would’ve know that before I bought I would’ve gone another route. Don’t like the idea a company can figure out my seed phrase.
