    The firmware was two updates behind when purchased. The battery life is eh. Don’t expect to be able to use this thing right out of the box.

    Battery died within 2 years. After a full charge it would deplete at a percent a second. Not sure if I had a bad unit or the company (which was hacked btw) is just using cheap components.

    It don’t work unless it’s plugged in at all time. Bluetooth doesn’t connect because it must be plugged even if charged

    Completely disappointed, I’m glad I did not put all my crypto on this thing, two weeks after I bought it I tried to put my password key in and then it said bad battery, I have not been in it since, my crypto is still in this thing!

    I purchased this item and it came with a defective battery. I returned the ledger and purchased an all new one yet the battery was still defective. Apparently this is a very common problem amongst this product. Do not buy!!
