I had a girl named sierra help me set up my Nona x and the apple computer I bought at Best Buy)so they would synce . Guess she did such a good job (so well )all my crypto was synced to her ledger. I lost it all to Sierra. Might want to employ trust worthy people.

Terrible business model

Very cool business plan. Complete mislead your customer and do the opposite of what you say. Feels like im right back at the big banks!

Defective, and defective customer service.

As a gift i exceeded best nuys 14 day policy, and the Ledger company itself has not been helpful at all. The device constantly reboots and doesnt work properly at all. Wasted 160 dollars.

I got a defective one

I have charged it for hours and still the same thing will be returning
