This ledger is fantastic to get your crypto off of exchanges. Easy to use and makes storing your crypto currency safe.

This was much easier to use than I anticipated. Only issue I had was it had to be conected to a computer for a firmware update.

It had an error that corrected itself thereafter. Given that I am a member of My Best Buy Total, I wasnt too concerned as I can get this replaced anytime.

Once I watched a few how-to videos, and got accustomed to it, it was simple. Great way to keep Crypto safe and secure offline.

Product as promised, easy to use and follow. Must have wallet. This color is actually cheaper.

Durable build, easy to use interface, but battery does not last as long as I would have thought. Very compact though.

User friendly. Very good build quality. A bit pricey though but understandable. Currently it is the gold standard for cold storage wallets on the market.

Problems right out of the box. First thing is to charge it, I did, but as soon as it’s disconnected from power source it’s dies and won’t turn back on. So I check online and find it’s a know problem with the firmware and the battery so it needs a firmware update but apparently you have to go through setup on the device first so plugged it back in to go through initial setup. After confirming your pin code, you get to the point where it tells you it will generate your 24 word recovery phrase but no matter which combination of buttons you press, and you should only have to press the right button to get your first word, it won’t even move on to give you one word let alone 24. It may be a great device but it’s a huge fail out of the box when you have to spend so much time searching for answers then trying different solutions. I’ll try a few more but will be returning if it doesn’t get better really soon. In my searches I’ve found plenty of others with the exact same problems even on devices bought and shipped directly from Ledger.

Easy to set up. Screen is pretty small, but you really just need it for your 4 digit passcode.

Mixed reviews on this product based on stability of the market it deals with but. Overall solid product for intended use.
