Great for protecting your crypto assets; easy to use. Excellent for moving assets off of exchange and protecting from potential hackers and exchange crashes. Nano X expensive but offers peace of mind.

This was a gift for my son. He specifically asked for this.

Ledger is one of the top brand names when it comes hardware wallets and while it comes with additional features including a trading app and blue-tooth connectivity, the device felt very underwhelming. The metallic coating and consistent need to reverify every few minutes made the setup very tedious. There wasn't a lot of instructions regarding setting up certain coins and the Ledger Live app was not the game-changing feature that I had expected. I purchased the Nano X for its iOS compatibility, but did not make setting up new wallets any more streamlined.

Keep your crypto in your pocket and not in someone else’s.

This is the second one I purchased where the battery won’t charge. I have to return it.

I looked at a youtube video from CryptoDad and he explains how to utilize a ledger wallet. There are a lot of crypto currencies that can be stored or managed on this wallet.

Great product as long as you dont sign up for the recovery program.

Very nice features. I upgraded from one of the other models, only complaint is this one seems to pick up and hold fingerprints more becuase of the finish

Product came out of the box not holding a charge. Dead right there. Unfortunately I am 2 hours away from the nearest Best Buy.

Product is solid and does what it is supposed to do, so lack of stars comes from the complete lack of directions to set up and use when transferring crypto from an exchange onto the cold wallet. Spent 4 hours finally working it out, but once I had retyped my password 100 times because it would shut down after a short amount of time while trying to sync to everything and then transfer into wallet. A shame it isn’t close to ease of use as buying, selling and transferring currency as Venmo or cashapp. But that would compare having cash lying around, which is easily stolen vs. putting in a personal safe. Now that I taught myself to use, feel so much more at ease knowing my crypto is safe vs worrying about all the issues (and hard/expensive lessons learned, thanks blockfi) that might happen in the future to other exchanges whether being targeted by the SEC or cybercrime.

Excellent product, however recently ledger said they are working on key recovery. meaning they would have a way to retrieve users key. not a good idea.. Otherwise a good product

So far so good, it’s holding all of my crypto that lost a ton of money. A little tricky to set up, but not so much that even an old guy like mecan safely transfer my crypto over to the ledger.

Terrible product. Arrived with a dead battery issue which I couldn't resolve and then was stuck in boot loading function. Tried many things and could not resolve it. Returned.
