Uncompetitive Return Policy

I tried everything the website suggested. I was unable to get hold of their tech support. I returned the unit. Best Buy was great, they immediately refunded my money.

Cheap internals for the price

After a full charge it would deplete at a percent a second. Not sure if I had a bad unit or the company (which was hacked btw) is just using cheap components.

Connection failure when unplugged

Problems

Poor quality

I returned the ledger and purchased an all new one yet the battery was still defective. Apparently this is a very common problem amongst this product. Do not buy!!
