Doesn't hold charge

Disappointed with Ledger

Debated between buying from the ledger website or bestbuy. Decided to go with bestbuy. Packaging looked clean. Contents looked good. However, ledger wouldnt turn on. Plugged it in to charge and was greeted with an error message regarding a bad charge. $150 for a faulty trusted product is downright disappointing. I did a google search and these nano x are prominent in having bad charges. Would not recommened. Bought and returned within the same hour.

My ledger purchase
