    Poor battery, wouldn't connect or allow set up. It's apparently not an uncommon issue. Unfortunately i didn't attempt to set up soon enough for a return

    Love it bought it online from ledger. Didn't have it for more than a yr and data usb port went bad no way to contact ledger. They are a French based company and they have way to connecting to them if your ledger fails to wrk properly. It is a great wallet unless you have a problem. My advice would be to get it from bestbuy and get their warranty. That is what i am going to do. Thank god i backed it up with nano s that i bought at the same time. Also i would download the latest version of the app on your PC or tablet

    I did a few weeks of research and decided to buy the ledger nano x to store my crypto. Debated between buying from the ledger website or bestbuy. Decided to go with bestbuy. Packaging looked clean. Contents looked good. However, ledger wouldnt turn on. Plugged it in to charge and was greeted with an error message regarding a bad charge. $150 for a faulty trusted product is downright disappointing. I did a google search and these nano x are prominent in having bad charges. Would not recommened. Bought and returned within the same hour.

    I bought this to store my savings from crypto. The only issue I have is it’s unknown after all is transferred to the ledger if it’s actually there or not. Otherwise 5 star! The price was not bad either.
