User friendly. Very good build quality. A bit pricey though but understandable. Currently it is the gold standard for cold storage wallets on the market.

Durable build, easy to use interface, but battery does not last as long as I would have thought. Very compact though.

Good product would recommend this to family and friends

Problems right out of the box. First thing is to charge it, I did, but as soon as it’s disconnected from power source it’s dies and won’t turn back on. So I check online and find it’s a know problem with the firmware and the battery so it needs a firmware update but apparently you have to go through setup on the device first so plugged it back in to go through initial setup. After confirming your pin code, you get to the point where it tells you it will generate your 24 word recovery phrase but no matter which combination of buttons you press, and you should only have to press the right button to get your first word, it won’t even move on to give you one word let alone 24. It may be a great device but it’s a huge fail out of the box when you have to spend so much time searching for answers then trying different solutions. I’ll try a few more but will be returning if it doesn’t get better really soon. In my searches I’ve found plenty of others with the exact same problems even on devices bought and shipped directly from Ledger.

Works better than advertised. So easy to set up and now I can confidently say i sleep better at night knowing i have full custody of my seed phrases.

Easy to set up. Screen is pretty small, but you really just need it for your 4 digit passcode.

If your looking for a secure hard wallet this is it. The ledger does exactly what it described. Very impressed and definitely super secured I would highly recommend.
