You don't need to charge it. it can store PDF files as well as videos and pictures. I have an older Mac (10.6.8 OS, which I need to use some software which require pentium processor) so it is difficult to mount. At least that's what I think. Once it finally does, it works. I'm using it on a "memory challenged" iPad.

I love the fact that I can store my photos on this.

I purchased the ibridge3 to transfer all of my photos from my iPhone. After many attempts only some of my photos transferred. Yet, is said 100% transferred. Unfortunately I tried to return or exchange the ibridge3 more than 15 days after purchase to Best Buy. I was told I would have to go through the company. Leef said it was because some of my pictures went into the iCloud. Out of 1212 only around 300 transferred. I do believe it is defective. I'm still waiting for someone to help me. They weren't any more helpful than Best Buy. I didn't know there was a 15 day return policy. When I questioned why it didn't say it on my receipt, I was told it was on the web site. So, I guess I'm stuck with a useless ibridge3.

Needed something to pull photos off my phone. Read reviews before purchasing and it does exactly as promised. Would recommend to anyone who needs to free up space on Iphone. Only downside is that I have to remove Iphone cover before using but otherwise no other issues.

I bought this USB flash drive so that I would be able to view and update files between my iPad and my windows laptop. I was caught up in the no tax weekend while purchasing my Dell laptop and bought this item without understanding how it worked just to sav the tax. Before trying it I then did my research. This flash drive is only useful for storing and opening picture or music files between iPads and windows laptops. I want something that I could use to open, transfer and modify spreadsheets and word documents between my iPad and my laptop but this item does not do that so I returned it. I cannot recommend this item since I did not use it.

This product is awesome if you don't have a lot of memeory on your phone. I just do not recommend to put it on your keys I did this and it popped out of its case but luckily I found it! Don't want to risk losing files or pictures!!

It works great, but you have to remove your case to use the software radio buttons. You can still access, but you have be able to know the command your are. pressing because the device covers that.

This little gadget is handy to take along when your storage is full as mine always is. It seems that my storage is always full and I can never get my pictures printed when I want to. This has helped to back up and print later.

This is one the best purchases I've ever made for my iPhone. This is an easy option for quickly expanding the memory. You can even transfer old photos to your phone through this accessory. This is a must purchase!

Wife loves it and think its the coolest thing. She takes a bunch of pictures and never deletes anything and always runs out of space on her iPhone.

Unless you’re a huge photograph keeper, is skip this. It’s confusing software for anything other than grabbing and moving pictures...
