Best Buy shipped the set without an external box so the box was VERY beat up. We were prepared for that as this typical practice for them. I can get past that. The bad part was that it had certainly had been opened up and re-taped. When we opened our set, my daughter and I noticed SEVEN BAGS were MISSING. Yes, we scoured the box and area to make sure that none had fallen out on the floor, etc.We did take pictures of the bags that were in the box. A=Big Bag, B=Small Bag. Bags Accounted for: 1, 2A, 2B, 5, 7A, 7B, 9A, 11A, 11B, 12, 13A, 13B, 14A, 14B, Baseplate Bags Missing that we know of: 3, 4, 6, 8A, 8B, 9B, 10 We love Best Buy and have never seen anything like this before.

The Best Buy box it was sent in looked pristine.,. When i open it to see the lego box instead .. the box looked like is beaten n sat on for over a year. I was so angry as this was a set i wanted for so long to then finally get it and they send the one no one wanted to buy.

This review is only for product shipping. I have ordered lego sets from Best Buy 3 times and all the time I received opened beaten up boxes to terrible disappointments from a collector like me. I will not purchase LEGO online on BB again.
