I bought this Lego set as a gift for my kid who loves James Bond movies. He was very excited to build the iconic Aston Martin DB5 with all the cool features like the revolving license plates, and the hidden machine guns. The set has 298 pieces and some of them are very small and tricky to fit. It took him about 10 hours to complete the model, but he enjoyed every minute of it. The final result is impressive and detailed, and it looks great on display. I would recommend this set to anyone who likes Lego and James Bond, but be prepared for a challenging and time-consuming build.

The LEGO - Speed Champions 007 Aston Martin DB5 set is dangerously good! I was in awe of the build quality for this size of vehicle. The internals expertly fill every nook and cranny with all type of varying bricks to achieve a DB5 worthy of its Aston Martin namesake. The only thing missing here is some pop up machine guns, but if you know where to look you will find a pistol or two. The set also comes with (I think) 5 total different sets of license plates, (front and rear) for our discrete Euro tripping man of mystery, Bond... James Bond.

Fun to build and great details on the design. Looks great and fun to play with also.

Great challenge for a 7 yr old. Took on and off 3 days to complete it but was super happy when it was done. Played with it nonstop . What great imaginations a 7 yr old has!

This is a beautiful set for all the James Bond fans. It’s an amazing set for the adults and kids and is very engaging.

Have loved the Speed Champions series for a while, great bang for the buck if it’s a car or whose form/ shape you really dig or just find stylish. They roll great so they’re fine to play with. This James Bond one actually amazingly hints at the very much more sculpted shapes than I thought that multi-hundred-dollar set did! You don’t expect as much for this size/ cost but it really hints at the classic shape amazingly. Some fun interesting weirdo build techniques in this, too, which should please the more skilled builders.

Easy to follow instructions. Fun to build. Car is solid, sturdy and realistic looking. Great for either displaying or for playing.

Neat car purchased for gift. You can't beat Legos for quality. This 007 Austin Martin is not one commonly seen in the stores.
