Case is cool Best Buy took zero care in packaging it with the game and just threw them into a large box with no protection. The case came scratched really bad and dented .

Of all the Steelcase covers out there, this is probably the best one. I just have no use for them, and should probably look at a way to opt out for future pre-orders.

I was super excited to receive this and it looks awesome but either because of transit or inadequate packaging, it arrived pretty damaged.

Nice extra for buying the video game but this kne came to me dented. Not like any steel i have seen.

Unnecessary item. A lot darker than in the photos. If it wasn’t free, I wouldn’t waste money on it. Not a fan of these “steel” cases

It was a little dented, nothing major, but it could have been better.

Just like so many other people my steel book came with scratches. Packaging only had protection on one side which is ridiculous when item has no packaging or shrink wrap. Of course it’s the front of my case that was unprotected, wish scratches were on the back if have to have any. Would appreciate if Best Buy reach out to customers to attempt to make right but not counting on it since was free item. But to fans like me this was supposed to be a collectible that want to display but embarrassed to show this item off since it’s damaged as much as it is. After this experience it’s really making me think we’re I spend my hard earned money.

The design is fine on the steel book , I just wish Best Buy did a better job of taking care of them before handing them out to customers. Mine was scratched up and had no plastic wrap at all. It’s possible it was shipped like this but other retailers had these in plastic wrap.

Case was scratched and dented. It was loose in the shipping box so it was handled haphazardly by whomever packaged everything together

I was disappointed with the collectable case. It arrived after the game, so I had to make two visits to the store. When the case did arrive it had no wrap or cover and was badly marked.

Best Buy, you don't make a lot of sense. My case was shipped out on 4/10 and arrived today, 4/13 (even though I pre-ordered on 5/15/2021). It was packed in a box with plenty of air bags. The case arrived with zero dents, no plastic wrap on it, and a nice fat barcode sticker directly on the case like everyone else's. I've probably got around 10-15 of these steel cases for various games and they all came in plastic wrap and without a sticker on the case itself. You guys dropped the ball on this one.

Came scratched in the corners and on the front they delivered the steelbook first instead of the game
