    Once again,Best Buy shows that they just don't care about their Steelbooks. The Steelbook was the main reason I preordered the game. When I picked it up, they gave me one with a bunch of dents on the front, so i asked if they had another one. That one was even worse, with the usual utility knife slash across the spine and a scuffed up spine too. I couldn't ask again. Now I'm stuck with a damaged product.

    Mine was scratched and banged up. At least handle with some care. I understand it was a free gift but come on.

    Preordered to get steelbook. Pickup in store. Case was scuffed scratched up and did not look new. Plus sticker directly on case. Store had no others. CS on phone said nothing they could do.

    Last time I waste my money with a Best Buy exclusive item. Steelbook all scratched and dented a little shrink wrap would go a long way.

    A HUGE disappointment. The item came scratched in a few places, had gunk all over it, they also out the item barcode sticker on the back, had to use hot water and goo gone to get it off as standard Alcohol wasn't working.

    It was just thrown in the box-not wrapped at all. There are also some scratches on it. It came seperate from the game which was just as disappointing.
