Steelbook Came in severely scratched up and was packaged with little protection and allowed the steelbook to be thrown around inside the box.

The steelbook was scratched on both t he front and back. I tried to exchange, but none were available. Please take better care of your steelbooks Best Buy.

Honestly unacceptable to put a sticker bar code directly on a steelbook case that is a collector item. They should have wrapped it in plastic wrap first then put the sticker on.

This was a Christmas gift and it cam damaged. But if it was not damaged it would have been pretty cool gift.

The quality for a steel book is not that great especially the when it closes it does not close easily.

Came dented, scratched, and chipped. Will not be pre-ordering from best buy again :/

Preordered this over a year ago and was happy to receive the stellbook case for my husband's gift.

Chose Bestbuy over other retailers like Amazon and Gamestop for the main reason that Bestbuy was offering the steelbook. First time purchasing from Bestbuy and how they handled it was beyond disappointing. Firstly, the steelbook arrived at the store at a much later time than the game, so i had to make two trips. Second, when I arrived to pick the steelbook up there was a HUGE dent on it. I was offered other steelbooks and even they have huge dents on them. This is a collector's item that was shipped with zero protection, it's like they were all just tossed into a bin with zero concern. Going forward I certainly will not be choosing Bestbuy. Spoke with an online Rep. unfortunately they're unable to provide a replacement either.

Wish the game would have been packaged within the steel box.

I preordered the game because everyone was entitled to a FREE steelbook thats supposed to come WITH the game you ordred. So why all of a sudden im not entitled to the steelbook anymore? What was the point of advertising this lie if it was never going to be honored. Keep your exclusive scratched and dented cases, never will i buy from this store again

Only preordered from bestbuy to get the steelbook, when I pick it up they tell me there’s no steelbook bonus, which is a lie.

Waited how long to finally receive this and then there was no plastic wrap on the case and additionally many scratches and worn marks. Very wrong to allow this to happen

Reason for buying it at best buy was for the exclusive steelbook. It was all scratched up and poorly packaged.

Never got mine, the online system canceled it due to credit card issues...however, I got the game just fine with the card on file.
