But I hate the fact that I order this product from Best Buy and the first delivery was damaged then Best Buy said they would correct it and sent a second one out and that one was damaged even worse. They need to box there shipments better or talk to whoever is delivering these items.

Its hard shopping for a teen, I am glad that bestbuy was selling this because I had no idea what else to get him.
