Item was HEAVILY damaged

It looked like it was dropped on pavement and kicked around for a mile or two. I cannot believe an employee would pack this item for delivery. Very bad/poor quality control. I would give a negative rating if I could. Will definitely be returning this item.

Just don't trust Best Buy customer service to do right for you. The best they could offer is a 10 percent discount and nothing else. It's pathetic.

Nice case on the outside, not on the inside

It looks nice enough on the outside, but the inside of the case does not hold game cards well at all, and has trouble closing with game cards inside.

I received mine and it was scratched and completely scuffed. Apparently I'm not the only one so best buy...DO BETTER!

Poorly made and came scratched

Not even worth it if it’s free.

Terrible Quality
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I just picked mine up and it was all beat up so I exchanged it for another one but it turned out Lol of the other cases were also beat up. They aren't wrapped or anything so they're full of scratch marks and the paint is even chipped off in some areas. Some of them had small dents. I got it because I liked the idea it could hold 24 cartridges but when I got home the cartridges were oversized for the foam cutouts so I can't even reliably store my games in this thing and if I fill both sides then the case won't even close properly! Terrible buy.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Every copy in store was covered in scratches. The cases were laid out on a shelf in no type of wrapping or plastic. Even if they weren’t beat up the quality is quite poor for a $30 price tag.
