Lego has come a long way. The interconnectivity between the legos and the reader inside of lego Mario makes for some pretty cool experiences for my son. He loves them and is spending all of his allowance money To buy more sets. Just wish they weren’t so expensive, but then again they always have been. Good quality for the price

All I really wanted was the Mario figure so it's too bad I had to pay $40+ for the whole kit but I guess it is a LEGO thing.

Fun for the kids! Steps are separated by bag #s. You can download the application from the App Store to follow step by step to complete this set. The directions are straight forward, just follow a long.

This turned out to be a really great lego set. It has parts for various platforms and enemies, but is pretty open ended in what order you put them together in. The kids have loved testing out Mario's sensors and how he reacts to different colors and materials. The expansions add a lot of fun and variation as well. The one issue I have is the lack of instructions included. Building with the App is the best way to do it and really fun, but some of my devices have difficulty running the app, so I had to find a pdf version of the instructions online.

What else can you say another great set for building. But these for my son for his birthday he loved it. He now owns the whole series

My son loves it. He loves that mario is interactive.

My 5yr old loves this set. Mario has has an lcd face with lots funny expression and sounds. You can build custon courses and even expand and incorporate other for one giant collaboration. Definately worth the investment.

A lego upgrade. Easy to build and play. sometimes it is lagging and the app sometimes freeze.

I bought this for my son for Christmas. It was a fun experience building the sets together and using his other Legos to expand the world for him to play Mario through. A cool note for me was that all of the instructions are online through the App. Really cool and super simple to follow. Really impressed.

Great Lego Set! Nintendo Mario plus lego together!

This is such a fantastic passtime for kids who love Lego and also Nintendo. We bought our kids a Switch due to the pandemic, and it's been a life-saver, but we still want to limit screen time. These Mario sets have been the absolute perfect way to get them off the screen and into practical play.

It is quite an amazing set. The main mario character is updated frequently - probably to recognize new attachments and accessories. It isn't just a character that makes noise when you work your way through the obstacles..it reacts to colors, outfits and snoozes when you put it on it's back.

It's a cool toy, even if it is sort of a gimmick. This is the base set you'll need if you're looking into getting other sets. It's the only one I believe that comes with Mario. The technology in the Mario is pretty cool but for the price it's at and the amount of other Lego sets you'll need for this, I'd probably say it isn't worth it. If you're able to get it on sale, that'd probably be your best bet.
