I unboxed it early Friday evening and after going through the whole set up process the monitor started flashing crazy colors. That was the end of the computer. Had to hold the power button til it shut down. That was the last I saw of any home screen. Just would not boot. It went back to BB the next day. Got a HP from another store and loving it's feel. I understand this can happen with any product hence the two star review. I'm not knocking it but as for anyone who has this happen it just leaves a bad taste in your mouth for this item.
