Battery life could be better, the laptop I got came with the smaller 60wh battery instead of the larger 80wh one so I was only able to get about 2-3 hours on battery but I was able to extend that to 5 hours after turning down the CPU to 45% of its total capacity in the power plan settings. As for gaming, expect to turn down a few settings, especially if ray tracing is on, to maintain a stable frame rate. The 8gb of RAM included is the absolute minimum for a laptop advertised for gaming these days, fortunately upgrading it is easy. Overall, this laptop is best when it’s connected to power but can still handle light tasks while on battery.

I couldn't be happier with the purchase of this laptop. It's fast, it's smooth, and it's a very sharp looking machine. It's been almost a year since I bought the laptop and I'm still super happy with the purchase.

Coming from an Acer Nitro 5, I was AMAZED how fast this laptop loaded up, how quickly it could run games, handles everything perfectly. The only thing I had to return the first one because it didn't have wifi 6 and the wifi card in it was so terrible that it was unusable, after returning and getting this one with wifi 6 i couldn't be happier! I tried out the MSI Delta decent machine texture of the keyboard just felt wrong, Asus Rog with Ryzen 9 I tried also and this laptop was just on par with this one and the fans on the Legion were quieter and the legion didn't run nearly as hot as the Asus. Tip: Buy a cooling pad laptop runs awesome with it for gaming, if not gaming you won't need one. Well Designed laptop!

Was expecting to get a mid-grade laptop for mid-grade price. Surprised how well this performs and feels. Fast for my needs as both a gamer and an analyst looking for something practical. This delivers. The keyboard is pro-feeling. The number pad (much needed for my work) took a short while to get used to (the number pad keys are smaller than the main keyboard) but nothing drastic. Have had for over five months now with no issues. Added ram and second SSD. Integrates well with my system. Average battery life, but I keep it plugged in with conservation mode on and GPU always enabled.

Bought this open box, cant remember the condition i think it was satisfactory. It came with the Lenovo Ultimate warranty good for one year, i had to call to get the warranty extended to reflect date of purchase otherwise I only had 6 months left. I spent that entire year back and forth with the lenovo warranty department trying to get the backlit keyboard to work as it has not since day one and, yes, this model does have the backlit feature. They were just coming around to the idea that it was a hardware issue when the warranty expired. Didn't bother to renew as they had a whole year to help me and they didn't do squat but walk me through the same processes. Bestbuy didn't even want to discuss the matter since open box is "as is". Plus the screen on this model leaves a lot to be desired, dim and bland despite numerous setting adjustment and trying both graphics processors. I still got a pretty good deal for the specs but there are better machines out there in the same price range imo. Good luck, hope this helps.

My son loved the laptop for his birthday. It has been great for the past 2 years!

I got this when it was on sale last month and I am so glad that I did! It works great! The fan can get a little loud, but it is definitely keeping the machine cool so I honestly cannot complain about it. I have not had a chance to use certain things like the webcam/microphone so I cannot review those, but this has been great for gaming, and remote work! Crisp display and seamless gameplay on the highest graphic settings all around! I will be upgrading the memory eventually, but it really isn’t even necessary. This machine is a beast!

I primarily bought this computer to play Sims 4 and I’m so glad I did. The game is so fast and I can have all the settings/graphics on highest quality with all the expansion, game and stuff packs as well as plenty of mods and custom content without any issues. I also play Hogwarts Legacy on this computer and it’s pretty great graphics (not the best but great for me). I do have to keep the computer plugged in most of the time if I’m gaming but if I working on other stuff on the computer, the charge lasts pretty long. The screen is a decent size for gaming and the laptop itself is pretty bulky, which is to be expected.

Definitely worth the price. My son has spent hours gaming with no lag, no problems

So far so good, i use it mostly for video editing and the speed is amazing. Gaming is also pretty good delivering max settings on most games i have played at 1080p. When hooked up to my 4k screen i get a xbox one x level of visuals and 55 to 60fps. Was surprised to see Assetto corsa competizione and cyberpunk 2077 deliver a playable experience at 4k. Ray tracing on 4k is not possible but at 1080p on cyberpunk with super performance DLSS i can stay above 30fps.

So far the laptop has been excellent in performance. I love it.

Bought this for $999 upgraded the ram to 32gb and 1TB memory this thing runs games on high settings very nice for the price easy laptop to work

I've had this laptop for almost a year now and I truly love it. It runs all my games and web browsers great. I haven't had an issue at all so far.

Bought this computer in October for just some casual gaming. Mainly FPS and I did use it with cricut design space. The fan is a little loud but I use a headset so that didn’t bother me. I do suggest upgrading from an 8GB memory to a 16GB. The battery life is not that great and I had to keep it plugged in while gaming.Just in the short time I had it it was a great laptop. It was stolen 3 days before Christmas so I’m hoping to get another one once we can afford it.
