one of the most balanced laptops i've ever seen, i like the build and the cooling, to get better materials, you'd have to pay an extra 300 premium fee on other brands like asus zephyrus

good graphics, games run well, overall really great computer; fans can be a little loud but they work, I haven't had any problems with it getting too hot. good for fun and business

I bought this lap top for my son and he never when back to a gaming only system!! He’s typing improved and he’s only 13 yo ….. Great buy

It's exactly what I needed. For general work and browsing online it doesn't overheat and the battery lasts for around 5-6 hours. I haven't used it longer than that so my estimate is biased. For gaming it doesn't last too long so my advice is to game with it plugged in. Once the gaming starts it does get hot but not burning hot. I've used it on my lap with a large book between the laptop and my skin and I've had no issues as the top or sides don't get warm. Would recommend you use a lap desk or actual desk for gaming. It's on the heavier side but I wouldn't expect less from a laptop that travels allover creation and it's used every day for hours so durability is important.

I previously used a Asus GL552VW, and this is a huge upgrade. I can run Forza horizon @ ultra setting with no hiccups. Great laptop. Plenty of power and easy to setup with useful features.

These are perfect for personal use. Great for Web Searches, Social Media, and YouTube. Bluetooth connects quick and easy. Would have been nice to have a larger hard drive but externals help with that.

Added RAM, got rid of McAfee, figured it how to tune down the lights in the keyboard. More ports than I will ever need or use. Stable, fast, quiet, nice high quality charger\power adapter

Great laptop. I added 8 Meg of memory to total 16 and it definitely performs well. Runs all the games I have played so far.

I am a full time gamer and this laptop can keep up with no issues. Lenovo is a trusted brand. Very good build quality and a very fast processor. Highly recommend.

Looks great,, very quick Fast loading seems to use battery rather quickly but early yet Nice keyboard good size screen Box it came in very sturdy can be used to easily transport

Battery dies very quick if not plugged in, but otherwise runs games smoothly and haven't had any issues. Got this for world of warcraft shadowlands and it has worked well so far.

Is very good pc even in 2023 also you won’t feel laggy playing any game

Works Great, runs all of my programming at much higher graphics levels than the one it replaced. The keyboard gets a bit warm running those games, but not uncomfortably so. I will probably upgrade the RAM in the future to 16gb to get everything I can out of it. My third Lenovo in 15 years, so no issues with the company. Be sure to register it and get the free stuff!

Great computer and a great purchase from Best Buy. I use it for engineering software and games. Great all around laptop!

Laptop with High-End Spec and a very subtle look. Mine has 8 GB RAM with GTX 1660Ti and runs all the latest games smoothly as well as is perfect for daily work/use.

Really Enjoy the speed and accessibility of this pc. I was able to get a really good deal on this system. I use it for Work and for home. I hope it lasts a good long time as this is my first time using this brand.

Had to buy a few laptops during the pandemic. Purchased MSI, Alienware and the Lenovo Legion. There is no comparison, Lenovo blows those guys out of the water. Great Laptops. May not have the specs the other guys have but the build and quality should make you think twice. Have had to return both MSI and Alienware products to be serviced.junk. I just wished they could spruce up some of the components and the screen refresh rate. Don’t know about getting the slim version for kids. Bought three of these. The best.

Bought this laptop for my nephew who is not so much into gaming as he is into creating music. However, most of the apps for creating music are resource intensive and require a powerfully spec'ed machine to handle. This laptop does not disappoint! It has everything needed to be able to work on it without slowing down or 'glitching' out, has super fast startup due to SSD drive and is an all around great laptop for both school and play. My nephew could not be happier and neither could I!

Of course there are more powerful gaming laptops but haven’t seen anything else this powerful in it’s price range (note: I bought myself the Legion while it was on sale and I sure how long that will last). This thing does VR via Oculus Link very smoothly. BTW, the first unit I got started throwing a hardware disk error and stopped booting a couple within a couple of days. But I got it replaced immediately and without a problem thanks to BestBuy’s great customer service. The second unit has been working flawlessly for a few weeks. You know, the good old Weibull distribution at work.

Great gaming laptop for the price. I bought this to use with my SkyTrak golf simulator and it works great. The graphics and speed work great for my simulator.
