The battery can die quickly, especially when playing a game, but it also charges quickly.

love the product the specs are perfect, i thought it would be good for streaming but it is lacking in that department. Solo games are amazing, multiplayer games can be a bit lackluster at times so i gotta go to 1080p but mainly runs super smooth. It does overheat at times evene though i have it on a wooden tabletop, might need to invest in a fan cooler. Im glad this laptop has adaptable memory so in the future im definitly buying another ram stick in the future. Overall it has a great use for any type of laptop/desktop work. But lacks in temps, Ram, and streaming games.

So far so good. Got it two weeks ago but have had a weird incident of the screen going back and locking me out. Afraid of it shutting down on me but computer runs games very well. I have had no issues running any games so far.

It’s good… but almost, I didn’t use the product for two months and now it has been almost 2 months and I’ve been trying to contact Best Buy and I was on a call for more than 1 1/2 hour and they didn’t even help me with the whole support and I assume they were, but the speaker isn’t working on the device and literally accept the AI. I have no one to talk to in the AI isn’t even giving me the proper support that I need. If there is anything I can do to get proper support, I hope I get a response, but apart from that, I have a Speaker problem with the laptop. Even after running all the diagnostics and resetting the whole laptop, it isn’t working. And I genuinely don’t know what to do.

The quality and usaginf experience is amazing as compared to my previous laptops.

Working great so far, just recommend it to a friend. It's lovely, especially for school.

I haven't had any issues or complaints from the person I got it from, so that's a good thing.

The laptop works better than I expected and came in early which was a wonderful surprise!

I've been playing many indie games such as, silksong and expedition 33 and work so good, the quiet mode works very well for those kind of game. I've not had any problem yet.

Great upgrade to my old computer. It can handle the photo software that I use.

The laptop itself is fantastic. The screen quality, performance, and overall design are impressive, and when it works, it’s a wonderful machine. Unfortunately, Lenovo’s customer support completely ruins the experience. Trying to get proper assistance, warranty service, or a real solution from their technical team has been an absolute nightmare. They make the process frustrating and unhelpful at every turn. It’s a shame because the product itself is high-quality, but a great laptop means very little if the brand won't properly back it up. I cannot recommend buying Lenovo products until they fix their terrible support system.

Got this laptop as a replacement for a different brand tha failed within a month of owning it. So far, this unit has out lasted and out preformed what we previously purchased. It plays games well and is preforming well. Only issue is, we would’ve liked the unit to be alittle bigger. Other than that, no complaints yet.
