      Regarding the issue you mentioned, we recommend ensuring you have the latest software by checking for updates, as this could correct the issue. To do so, first, open the Settings app > Select the Windows update tab > Select the Check for updates button, apply all available updates. Next, open the Lenovo Vantage app > on the homepage, select the Check for updates button, following on-screen prompts to apply all available updates here as well.

      If after the available updates are applied and the system restarts, yet the issue persists, in-depth troubleshooting will be necessary to fix the problem. We recommend contacting Lenovo Support here: 877-453-6686, for further assistance.

    I bought this Laptop on 10/9/24. Two days of use and it started crashing. It is giving a Critical Warning of power failure. I talked to my IT guy and he advised it is a hardware malfunction. I realize things can happen, but i did not expect this from a brand new laptop. I have had to buy another laptop to transfer my data to and will be either taking this back to Best Buy or sending it back to Lenovo.I would not recommend this laptop.

    Overall I loved the computer but I was having issues with every game I played. Every game was lagging and choppy. No matter how I adjusted the settings. I even had it looked at by a professional who still could not figure it out. I hope this was just one that had issues because this computer has great reviews.
