To try to resolve this, first, we recommend ensuring you have the latest software by checking for updates, as this could correct the issue. To do so, first, open the Settings app > Select the Windows update tab > Select the Check for updates button. Next, open the Lenovo Vantage app > on the homepage, select the Check for updates button. If after the available updates are applied and the system restarts, yet the issue persists, in-depth troubleshooting will be necessary to fix the problem. My bad decision to purchase a new computer at BB.

I became a BB member, but the Geek squad cannot help me. I am routed to a "remote" service and encounter foreign "tech" people who do not speak the English language well enough to help solve my problem.

Exceeded my expectations
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was sort of in a rush looking for a new laptop because my old laptop had broken in the middle of a big project I was working on. I don’t know much about laptops but the employees helped me tremendously. I settled for the Legion 5i because it was within budget and also allowed me to play videogames in my freetime. What I didnt expect was that this laptop would be able to run rendering programs with ease. I see many complaints about fan noise but I barely hear it unless im playing high spec games. Moreover, with the type of work i do as an architect student, my laptop lasts about 5 hours on a full battery, which was really unexpected considering most gaming laptops have a battery life of about 2-3 hours. The charger is humongous and heavy making it hard to carry around. However, the laptop will charge in under 45 minutes!!! And with the long battery life, it would be unnecessary to carry around unless you are gaming on the move. Im not a professional laptop gamer or anything, but for the price, its obvious that this laptop will offer you more than you would expect. 100% recommended! I dont see myself upgrading anytime soon!

Laptop not for work/travel

The laptop is good except it is not for travel. At Lenovo when you search work laptop this came up, so I thought it is good for travel. Laptop itself is not heavy, what is heavy is the adapter (heavier than laptop). So it is not convenient to travel with. Plus the battery also does not last long. Really wish they put the weight of the adapter when they said weight of laptop. Would not have bought it if I knew I cannot take regularly to work and/or travel due to weight and limited battery power.
