    Windows uninstalled itself 23 days later after purchasing but i got my wife the tuff f16 and it runs better

    The screen died on me right at 30 days. Not impressed. I took it back to the store and got a refund, but I had to eat the cost of the protection plan and Microsoft 365 that I had added in. Very not impressed.

    Gets really hot

    Not even 2 months old. It got really really hot one day gaming and ever since cant run any games without it lagging and audio shattering. Everything is updated. Idk bout getting a replacement or just return it.

    Quirky keyboard layout and the headphone jack didn’t work. Retrned it after about 4 days, no hassle. Got a great 18" to replace it, also at Best Buy.
