I took it back to the store and got a refund, but I had to eat the cost of the protection plan and Microsoft 365 that I had added in. Very not impressed.

Gets really hot

It got really really hot one day gaming and ever since cant run any games without it lagging and audio shattering. Everything is updated. Idk bout getting a replacement or just return it.

Terrible computer, but a decent customer experienc
