To start, we recommend ensuring you have the latest software by checking for updates, as this could correct the issue. To do so, first, open the Settings app > Select the Windows update tab > Select the Check for updates button, apply all available updates. Next, open the Lenovo Vantage app > on the homepage, select the Check for updates button, following on-screen prompts to apply all available updates here as well.
If after the available updates are applied and the system restarts, yet the issue persists, in-depth troubleshooting will be necessary to fix the problem. We recommend contacting Lenovo Support here: 877-453-6686, for further assistance.

Computer is Good Best Buy isnt

They give you only 2 weeks to return and if the price falls even a couple days past that date they will NOT refund you the money for the difference. Purchase from Amazon and get the reassurance you can return if its longer then 2 weeks.

The Xbox application is preinstalled on this laptop. I initially noted that the download times were exceedingly slow to download my Xbox games and then the games would never even start to load once downloaded. I have not had issues with Lenovo laptops in the past, but this will be my last one.

It came with an unlimited amount of hardware and software issues. From being unusable with WiFi and audio, to it waking up and overheating in the middle of the night after I shut it down or put it to sleep. Based on my experience with this computer, I wouldn’t want it for $300. Let alone for what it sells it for.

Almost the perfect laptop; I am very sad

This laptop was almost perfect for my needs and had a sweet deal, so I placed the order ready to pick it up. I was also browsing Amazon for the best RAM sticks to upgrade the memory to 32GB which I need for game development, music production, and just general reduction of anxiety for future-proofing. HOWEVER, I then found out that this laptop contains soldered RAM which is non-upgradeable. I am not sure why they did that because it's otherwise an amazing deal. This was my last glimmer of hope for finding a laptop which suits my needs. I am abandoning my attempts to buy a laptop this decade. I'll continue using my $100 chromebook to use chrome remote desktop to access my desktop as I've been doing.
