I bought the Lenovo laptop thinking " no way would it be worse than a Dell" Purchased this laptop in April 2024 and only a couple of months in I am noticing issues with the battery DRAINING from 100% to 4% in an hour..while the laptop is closed / supposed to be sleeping. Because these issues started showing up right around the 2 month mark, I can no longer return this laptop to Best Buy. Ive contacted Lenovo who told me they want me to send my laptop out for 2 weeks or take it to BestBuy/Microcenter that works with lenovo on repairs to get it checked out. This laptop is only 2 months old. Why is it having such issues already? I feel scammed by this purchase in some way.

My only complaint is that the left/right click on the laptop’s touchpad don’t feel extremely responsive. It has been so solid otherwise that I can look past it.

The laptop is really loud, even when running easy things, you have an annoying sound from the fans. The RGB keyboard lighting has a small number of areas so the effects seem choppy.
